The measure of an institution is not something that can be determined by looking at a list of simple formulaic qualifiers. The only way to properly evaluate a University is to examine the quality of education that it provides to its students. Perhaps one of the best ways to accomplish this is to look at the work that the students produce while studying at University. SPARK 2009 is one of the works that provide the students a platform to come up with their talents, creativity and prove their worth.
We are grateful to Allah Almighty that SPARK has successfully completed 3 years of publication since its inception in 2007.
